Apayao State College implements iSchools in Apayao, Cagayan

The Apayao State College has started implementing the Commission on Information and Communications Technology’s iSchools Project by conducting community mobilization to the recipient schools in Apayao and Cagayan.

The recipient schools are:
· Itawes National Agricultural School(Alabug, Tuao, Cagayan)
· Enrile Vocational High School(Maddarulug, Enrile, Cagayan)
· Piat National High School (Poblacion, Piat, Cagayan)
· Alcala Rural School (Baybayog, Alcala, Cagayan)
· Gattaran National Trade School (Palagao, Gattaran, Cagayan)
· Apayao State College-Luna, Laboratory Department (San Isidro Sur, Luna, Apayao)
· Apayao State College-Conner, Laboratory Department (Malama, Conner, Apayao)

The mobilization intended to educate the schools’ principals, local school boards and PTCA presidents about the components of the project. Community officials and students also attended the activity.

Mr. Joemar Cauilan, the ASC Program Coordinator led the briefing while the other members namely, Philip Mandac, Flora Cammagay and Valentino Balubal served as moderators, assistant and laboratory physical status inspector respectively.
